Jaycee: Two Years Old

I know what you must be thinking, there is no way this sweet little one is merely two, but I assure you she is, and she is an absolute doll!   Jaycee is the most precious two year old! Cody and Amber Engagments

Amber and my sister Emily went to school together and are very close friends, I really cannot believe she is all grown up and getting married!! We got together this past weekend and shot her engagement photographs with her finance, Cody, at Crow Mountain Ranch. The weather... My goodness the Weather was terrible. But, I really love all the images despite the gray skies!

I prayed the whole way out to Ranch the rain would break, and thankfully it did!

I also took some images of Cody and Amber with their daughter Trinity, I will post some soon.

The horses out at the ranch loved having us wandering around! They were showing off, by running around, bucking and acting crazy. I will post a picture of the crazy horses soon too!

My dear friend Alison

My Sweet friend Alison agreed to be my model today. Yesterday at lunch I noticed this little field of wild flowers that I thought would make a perfect setting for some awesome pictures! I put a little message on facebook in search of a model because I knew this little location would result in some pretty images, and I am so glad Alison agreed to be my model!! I had so much fun! And we saw ladybugs everywhere! It made me think of the film Under the Tuscan sun, because of the story the crazy Italian actress tells about lady bugs!

I am so excited about my brothers wedding in October. Can I just say, I love Kayla to death. She and my brother are so sweet together.

Reflections

A few days ago, I grabbed my camera and spent some time in reflection and taking pictures. I played with camera settings and really captured what I saw:

God has blessed us with so much beauty. I marvel at everything he gives me, has given me .He loves me. Really, he knows me by name and more he knows me by every atom of my being and he loves me anyway. He lifts me and guides me and never leaves me alone. And then, on top of that he gives me daily miracles which serve as a constant reminder of this presence and love he shares with me.

I know he gives us everything we need, and exactly when we need it. Lately, I have been planning. I have been planning and stressing and making lists and remaking lists. And, really... I have to accept that I have what I need and until I fully understand what I have and learn to use what I have receiving more or getting more would simply be a waste.

The Hansen Family

The Hansen Family and I attend church together. This little family makes the word precious seem like an understatement. Austin graduates this May from UA's School of Law, so we had our session around campus. Can I just say, I love UA. I enjoyed every minute I walked the campus grounds as an undergrad!

Michelle

Since I have known Michelle, I have noticed she glides through everything with this easygoing attitude that I adore... and she is really funny. I really loved our little session. We had a lot of fun, and all before Vampire Diaries! haha.
